1. Go to www.claimschannel360.com
  2. Register by selecting ‘Sign Up’.
  3. Once complete with filling out the online registration form select ‘Submit Form’.
  4. Upon receiving a username and password from edi@carecorenational.com, enter the www.claimschannel360.com site and select ‘Secure Login’.
  5. This will take you to the WebVPN page where you will enter the User ID and password provided by edi@carecorenational.com, then click ‘login’. Please note, both are case sensitive.
  6. This will bring you to the ClaimsChannel360 Participant menu screen where you will select login. You will need to enter your User ID and password again, then click ‘login’.
  7. Once logged in, click on ‘Submitter Services’ shown on the left side of the screen.
  8. Then select ‘EFT and Remittances’ and then ‘EFT Acct Mgmt’
  9. The Vendors page appears, listing each Vendor that is associated with your account.
  10. Select the Vendor Number you wish to enable EFT for, click on it and the form necessary for you to complete will open up on your screen.
  11. Information on file may be prefilled into the fields. Modify as needed.
  12. Once you have completed the form, click on the ‘Submit When Complete’ button at the bottom of the page.
  13. At this point, you will be brought to a confimation page and given one last chance to modify the form or to ‘Submit the Agreement’
  14. You will also be able to print the completed form for signature as you will need to send it to CCN’s Fincance Department along with a voided check from the intended account.
  15. Once you have completed the submission of the EFT agreement you will be automatically returned to the Vendors page.
  16. Note the EFT document will now appear under the EFT Agreement column and the status in the EFT Approved column will have changed from Not Enabled to CCN Review.
  17. Once CCN has received the signed document and voided check and reviewed all the necessary information with your bank, the status will show as EFT Enabled and you will begin to receive the electronic deposits in the account you requested.
